Sarah Lewis, a young Lincoln mother of 7-year-old twins, a 3-year-old toddler and an infant of 6 months is in the fight for her life at Stanford University Hospital where she underwent a bone marrow transplant in October. She will remain hospitalized in isolation for up to six months following the transplant.
Sarah is the wife of Correctional Peace Officer Chris Lewis. His colleagues have organized a Raffle to raise money to help Chris and his family through this incredibly difficult journey. All proceeds from the Raffle will benefit Sarah, Chris and their children.
Raffle Tickets are $5.00 each, or 5 for $20.00 and can be purchased at Kim’s Country Kitchen, 537 G Street in Lincoln.
1st Prize: Sony Micro Home Theater System (value $400.)
2nd Prize: Sony 80 GB Playstation 3
3rd Prize: $300. Gas card
4th Prize: $200. Gas Card
The drawing will be held December 1, 2008 at the Folsom State Prison Entrance Gate (need not be present to win).
