The El Dorado Hills Wrestling Club qualified eight wrestlers to the prestigious Tournament of Champions. Held in Loomis, the Tournament of Champions is the closest tournament equivalent to the high school state tournament. The top-two to top-four place winners at select tournaments throughout California is the requirement for being included in this select group of wrestlers.

Wrestlers who have qualified are Josh Ploke, (70 pounds), Ethan Staley, (83), Brandon Claiborne, (95), Jordan Undseth, (100), Ryan Johnson, (103), Sherman McVay (122), Joshua Ferry (128) and Corbett Ralstin (128).

The El Dorado Hills Wrestling Club board members and coaches would like to congratulate these fine young men and wish them the best of luck this weekend.
