More than ever, it’s crucial El Dorado County take every opportunity to bring home our fair share of federal funds.

Every year, the Sacramento Metro Chamber leads a coalition of government and business leaders to Washington D.C. The program, called Capital-to-Capital, is a prime opportunity El Dorado County should seize, as it brings our leaders face-to-face with members of Congress and the Administration about important regional issues. Last year, 300 local leaders secured more than 200 appointments over three days to advocate for funds or reforms that directly benefit El Dorado County.
