Firearms, jewelry stolen out of Cameron Park home
By Penne Usher, Telegraph Correspondent

CAMERON PARK — El Dorado County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for two or three suspects who broke into an area home making off with several collector firearms and jewelry.

Deputies responded to the 2800 block of Osborne Road in Cameron Park Monday afternoon after a neighbor reported seeing “people running out of a home,” just before 4 p.m.

Lt. Bryan Golmitz of the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office said two or possibly three males of “average” build were seen leaving the area in a two-door sedan, possibly dark gray or blue in color.

No suspects had been identified as of press time.

There was evidence at the home of forced entry.

Several collector firearms and high-value jewelry were taken from the home, including a matched set of black powder pistols, revolvers, a folding knife with a bone handle, a John Wayne replica pistol, two Rolex watches and at least three rings.

I also had several old antique guns stolen on 2-26-2010. I hope they catch the punks and string them up.
