Dec. 21

Vehicle theft at 1:50 a.m. on Town Center Blvd. in El Dorado Hills. Deputies observed two male juveniles, 16 and 14, prowling in Town Center shopping area; the juveniles were detained after running from deputies and were later arrested for prowling, resisting arrest and vehicle theft.

Frank Sierras, 19, was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana at 8:42 p.m. on Francisco Drive in El Dorado Hills. Deputies contacted a vehicle occupied by four male subjects. Vehicle was reported to have a strong odor of fresh marijuana. A search of the vehicle produced 5.8 grams of marijuana. One of the four subjects admitted to possessing the drug and was cited. The report was forwarded to the DA’s office.

Kenneth Harris, 27, William Cole, 25, and Melanie Eissler, 36 were arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen property at 10:56 p.m. on Cambridge Road in Cameron Park. After conducting a traffic stop of the suspect’s vehicle, the deputy revealed all three occupants were on probation. After a vehicle search, deputy revealed $230.17 worth of stolen property from Safeway. All three suspects were booked to El Dorado County jail.

Dec. 20

Ronald Tiemann, 24, and Maricela Harmon, 27, were arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance at 10:57 p.m. on Green Valley Road in Cameron Park. After a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation, deputies arrested both suspects for possession of methamphetamine.
